FAQ
What file formats can I upload?
.npy, .npz (each array becomes its own image), .raw (give the width, height, depth and data type, or let the Guess button work them out), and .tif or .tiff stacks. You can also paste a Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive link.
How large can my images be?
Up to 1 GB per file, one file per upload. Cost scales with the number of voxels, and you see the estimate before anything runs.
Is my data private?
Your data stays yours. You can delete images and results at any time.
Do I need to install anything or write code?
No. You work in the browser, and the solvers run in our cloud. If you later want to script your runs, there is an automation API with team API keys.
My scan is greyscale. Can I still use it?
Yes. Clean, trim and adjust it, then threshold it into pore and solid. Auto mode picks the threshold for you, and you can tune it.
Can I get the raw numbers out?
Yes: CSV per job or across all your jobs, HTML and PDF reports, and pore networks in a format OpenPNM reads.
What does it cost?
Credits are free during the beta. After that, analyses are priced in credits per million voxels, and the rate depends on the solver you pick. You always see the estimate first, and failed runs are refunded, except a diffusivity or conductivity run stopped at its time limit after its solver started, which keeps its charge.
Can my team share an account?
Yes. A team shares images, results and one credit balance, which the team admin manages.
